Eighth grade is the primary year for admissions. Space is limited for ninth grade. The following is a general outline of dates and events.

 

November 1, 2009	Open House. Campus tours and information. Admissions process is explained. Prospective students attending Open House have a better chance at gaining admission. Submit application card, deposit and other documents; schedule interview.
January 9, 2010	Attend Application Day. Placement tests given on Application Day.
February	Decision letters mailed to applicants. Registration packets mailed to parents.
TBA	Registration Day.

 

Any new student interested in attending SSA should contact the Admissions Office (892-2540, ext 132) as early as possible, preferably by October of the year prior to entering. Because of limited enrollment, all grades fill up quickly. In January a waiting pool is established. Ninth, tenth and eleventh grade applications are handled on an individual basis.
